There were 20,000+ visitors at this year’s National Running Show held at the NEC in Birmingham, which included an Inspiration Stage, Ultra Zone, Training Camp, Nutrition Advice, Podiatry Clinic, Run Clinic.

Eimear, Lorna and Ian had a really busy weekend at the Active Iron stand. Located right across from the all-terrain running zone, the event was a great chance for us to connect with our customers current and new and to meet so many inspiring and talented runners.

We received overwhelming support for our brand, and got some great feedback on our products which we look forward to incorporating into our future plans. We look forward to seeing more of you at the Birmingham 2021 show! – Eimear Daly, Trade Marketing Manager

We already know that iron is important for the body’s muscles to help produce energy. It’s required for oxygen transport around the body and muscles cells. Maintaining optimal iron levels may result in increased aerobic capacity and all-round performance.

Runners can especially benefit from optimum iron levels throughout training and recovery.
