How do I claim my free Clue Plus subscription?

After purchasing Active Iron, you’ll find a unique code inside the packaging on the leaflet. Enter this code in the box on this page (see step 3) to activate your free annual subscription. If you don’t have an existing Clue account, you’ll need to create one and enter payment information as part of the account setup. You will not be charged for the first 12 months. This promotion with Active Iron gives you 12 free months of Clue Plus before it auto-renews at full price. You can cancel anytime. After you’ve created your account, download the Clue app and simply log in with the same account details to start tracking. Please note there is an auto-renewal after 12 months at full price. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Paddle, Clue’s payment provider, directly via email at help@paddle.com. You can also use their chatbot https://paddle.net/.
If you cancel your subscription, remember that you will still have access to all Clue Plus features and modes until your subscription runs out. For example, if you cancel a 12-month subscription three months after subscribing, you can still use Clue Plus for the remaining nine months.
