Rebecca has a BSc (Hons) in Biology and an MSc (Hons) in Nutrition, and is a recognised Associate Nutritionist (ANutr). She specialises in gut health, an area where she combines scientific knowledge with practical, tailored solutions. Rebecca founded Healthy Gut Kitchen in 2021, an online platform that offers recipes, tips, consultations, and educational resources aimed at enhancing gut health across various life stages—from infancy and adolescence to pregnancy and aging.

In her professional practice, Rebecca works closely with individuals, providing one-to-one consultations to develop comprehensive nutritional plans. These plans include dietary advice, lifestyle changes, and supplement recommendations, all designed to improve overall health and wellness. Her approach is deeply rooted in empowering her clients with the knowledge and tools necessary to support their gut health, thereby improving their quality of life.
