Lexi Moriarty

Lexi Moriarty, MS, RDN, CSSD, has been a registered dietitian for 14+ years. As a Certified Sports Dietitian, she specializes in sports performance nutrition, women’s health, intuitive eating, RED-S, hormone/digestion issues, disordered eating, and eating disorders in athletes. Her private practice, Fueled + Balanced Nutrition is based out of Northern NJ (and virtually everywhere). Through her work with clients, teams, and brands, she is on a mission to help active individuals and athletes perform at their best and feel their best both physically and mentally.
Prior to going into private practice, Lexi worked as the Clinical and Sports Dietitian at Princeton University and with athletes/teams at several other universities. She completed her Masters in Foods and Nutrition at New York University and her Bachelors in Dietetics from University of Maryland, College Park. She currently co-hosts the podcast, Mind Your Fitness, which focuses on reclaiming the word fitness and helping listeners bring their performance to the next level while prioritizing a healthy relationship with food and their body.
